Fue cumpleaños de mi mamá, y la llevamos a festejarlo.
Como siempre, los meseros muy amables, me apoyaron a cantar las mañanitas.
La pasamos muy bien, pronto estaremos de regreso.

P.D. Tuvimos un problema en casa y mi esposo no pudo acompañarnos, y desafortunadamente su estadía ya estaba pagada y en el hotel no pude arreglar algo para evitar su pago. Ahí perdimos nosotros.
En todo lo demás, todo muy bien.

Las instalaciones nos encantaron, la vista es increíble, nos arrepentimos de no pedir todo incluído, ya que el buffet estuvo riquísimo, sin duda quiero regresar!

La comida es buena y variada, el servicio y la atención en los restaurantes es buenísima.
Los ceviches del restaurant las velas, que rico!.
El área de snacks y bebidas muy bueno.
La limpieza y atención de las camareras es buenísimo.
Las albercas están muy padres y limpias.
Los animadores son divertidos.
Las habitaciones son amplias y frescas, no ocupamos el aire acondicionado.
Gracias por el detalle del pastel y los globos por el cumpleaños de mi hijo! ❤️

Lo único :( ...

Si pudieran elevar una malla para el tobogán, su vista es a la avenida.
Los elevadores la mayor parte del tiempo están fuera de servicio o tardan mucho tiempo en llegar.

Y solo como sugerencia, si pudieran dar servicio de transporte ya sea al aeropuerto o a la estación de autobuses, aunque tenga costo adicional, estaría perfecto, así ya no t preocupas por conseguir taxi.

Fuera de eso nuestra estancia fue muy amena, lo disfrutamos mucho y nos regresamos muy contentos.

El personal muy atento y servicial, nos gusto mucho, la comida rica y variada. Una lastima fueron los elevadores que no funcionaban al 100% se paraban, e incluso nos quedamos atrapados x 15 minutos. Sonó varias veces una alarma que no fue necesario nunca. Ojala puedan mejorar las goteras del lobby.

Infinitas gracias, nos atendieron de lujo 🙏🏻💖✨.... Sólo les recomendaría arreglar mejor los elevadores y las escaleras, así como El castillo como área infantil.
